Use the Google Chrome or Edge browser (they have preinstalled plug-ins that aid in navigation).

How do I register?
To have access for quotation requests and orders, you need a registration in Mercado Eletrônico, with username and password. To do this, access www.me.com.br and move the cursor over the option “Want To Sell”. The button “Register” will be displayed. Choose this option, in order to open a new page and fill out the information required to your company.
I tried to register, but I received a message that my company already is on the database. How do I proceed?
Be sure that your company doesn’t already has an username and password (even older). Otherwise, please contact Technical Support for Suppliers, at the customer service channels below, because you might have a pre-register by indication of your client.
I can’t find my activity on the registry. What should I do?
In case you can't find your supply category, we recommend that you select the most related one to the products or services offered by your company. In "Activity", you can describe your company's' activity with your own words.
How do I update my registration data?
You can update all your registration data, except your identification documents.For this, login with your username and password, then click on the icon with the initial letters of your company's' name, right above your screen. Choose the option “Change Registration”, to update your registration data. Once you’ve updated your information, click on the floppy disk button, to save your data.
I received the message “Your data is incorrect, or you are not registered in our system”. Do I need a new register?
It is not necessary. Click on “Forgot my password”, to be redirected to the recovery password page. On this page, inform your login or e-mail address registered, then type the Captcha image (letters or numbers that will appear in the image) and click "Send".
You will receive an automatic notification to recover your password.
If you don't receive this notification until 10 minutes, please verify your Spam folder. If you still can't find the message in your mailbox, please, contact us at the customer service channels below.
I received a password by e-mail, but I can’t change it
On “Temporary Password”, type the password your received by e-mail notification. On “New Password”, type your new password. (If you used our "Forgot your password" option on ME website, you only need to create a new one and confirm it).
Your password must have at least 6 (six) characters, including: letters, numbers and special characters. For example: MERCADO16@
How many times can I miss my password, before I reach the attempt limit?
Each 7 attempts you do with the wrong password, your access will be blocked. This attempts doesn’t have to be in sequence, which means that, each time your password is incorrect, the system counts 1 mistake. Once you hit 7 password wrong attemps, your access will be blocked.

I can’t receive notifications for quotations and orders. How do I proceed?
Verify with your email provider, if there is any firewall or Antispam parameters, for Mercado Eletrônico domain. If there is, you will have to disable, in order to receive the notifications.
How do I know if I received a request for quotation?
Once the supplier received a quotation request, an automatic message will be sent to the registered e-mail address, with the serial number.
I received a request for quotation. How do I proceed?
Once you have logged in, access the Response Quotation page.For this, on the left menu, follow the sequence below:
“My Market” -> “Control Panel” -> “Sells” -> “Received Quotations”
To access the Response Quotation page, click over its number and fill in all required fields. The fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
I can’t open the Quotation Response page due to a communicate
Once you’ve read the Communicate, check the box “Read and Agreed”, then click “Save”.
Warning: In case you click “Continue navigation”, the Quotation Response page won’t be displayed.
I accessed the page “Quotations Received”, but I can’t find the quotation
On “Quotations Filter”, type the “Serial Number” right on the “Quotation Number” field. The serial number is described on the notification’s subject.
This is the identification number for the quotation, being the most assertive way of searching, but also the filter allows the search in many ways. For example: By date, buyer's name, etc.
I answered the quotation, but when I click “Send”, the fields become empty
The quotation must be saved each 15 minutes, after this time the page expires and the information will be lost.
The quotation is expired. How to re-open it?
Its is not possible to reopen an expired quotation. The response time is managed by the buyer and Mercado Eletrônico doesn’t take responsibility over the negotiation's response time.
How do I refuse a single item, into a quotation that has multiple items?
Leave the field blank on this single item, in order words, no fields can be filled in the refused item.
How do I refuse the whole quotation?
At the end of the page, select the reason for refusal and click “Refuse”.
How do I know If I won a sales quotation?
In case you win the sales quote, your company will receive a order request.
How do I know if I received a order request?
Once the supplier won the sales quote, an order request will be created.
An automatic message will be sent to the supplier’s e-mail address (which is registered on the website), with the order number.
I received an order. How do I proceed?

To open the Order’s page, click over its number.
